We’re confident you’ll love ClawdHost. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your subscription start date.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your account must meet the following criteria:
- ✓Within 24 hours — Request must be made within 24 hours of subscription start
- ✓Active subscription — Your subscription status must be “active”
- ✓No prior refund — One refund per email address (lifetime limit)
- ✓No pending requests — No other refund requests in progress
What Happens When You Request a Refund
When your refund is approved and processed:
- ●Your subscription is canceled immediately
- ●Full refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- ●All VPS instances are deleted within 24 hours
- ●All data on your instances is permanently deleted
Important: Once your instances are deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please export any important information before requesting a refund.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in two ways:
- Log in to your ClawdHost dashboard and visit Billing → Refund
- Contact our support team at support@clawdhost.net with your account email
Please include the email address associated with your account. We’ll process your request within 24-48 hours.
One Refund Per Email
Our refund policy allows one refund per email address (lifetime limit). This prevents abuse while still allowing genuine users to try our service risk-free. If you’ve previously received a refund, you will not be eligible for another refund on the same email address.
What’s NOT Refundable
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- ✗Requests made after 24 hours from subscription start
- ✗Accounts that have previously received a refund
- ✗Canceled subscriptions (you can cancel anytime, but no refund after 24 hours)
- ✗Accounts with past-due payment status
After Your Refund
After receiving a refund, you’re welcome to sign up again with a new subscription. However:
- ●You’ll need to create new instances from scratch
- ●Your previous data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- ●You will not be eligible for another refund on the same email address
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds for partial months of service. Refunds are for the full subscription amount only, and only within the 24-hour window.
Payment Processor Timeline
Once we approve your refund, it’s processed through our payment provider (Dodo Payments). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank. Typically, refunds appear within 5-10 business days, though some banks may take longer.
